If we somehow went up having played the entire season like we have the opening few months

then it would be a very simple decision to sack Neil and bring in someone else. He utterly failed in the Prem last season and we are still making the same errors this year - so he's not addressing them.

Of course the board would keep hold of him though and we'd just suffer another wretched season.
