When there are a million people flaunting the law it is tough. And nearly midnight ?!

Here they go on until about two in the morning for the month before new year and then it's like Vietnam until around 7 in the morning ok New Years.
Like I said the only difference the ban made was increasing the cost, strength and danger of the fireworks. Just like anything else you ban.
