We're complacent. Trying to play within ourselves. Need players with something to prove;

sometimes think we need a wholesale squad change - Pritchard's attitude stands out, Brady's is unfortunately the norm. I suspect, in the players' heads at any rate, they're being 'professional' & pacing themselves. No good. We need some blood & guts if we're going to win promotion.

I hate to say it, but perhaps we need a more motivational manager?
