Any of you cool cats use a Sony Xperia, specifically a Z3?
Whenever I take a call the screen goes blank and becomes unresponsive, and none of the buttons work, meaning I can't end the call without smashing it against the wall.
Any ideas how I might resolve this without the torture of speaking to a patronising phone expert at Sony?
Done all the usual smells etc.
