Morning everyone, I am booking the train ticket but have some problems...

I saved my records last year, since my flight should arrive at Heathrow Terminal 4, I recall I need to take the tube or train to Liverpool Street, then to get the train to Norwich. I am using trainline to do the booking now, also I still have the Oyster Card on my hand, should I search "Heathrow Terminal 4" to "Norwich" or just Liverpool Street to Norwich?

Because I found last year my ticket is only from Liverpool Street to Norwich only, but is the train or tubes has some changes during the last year? Thanks!
