Whether the model M&A will work
Depends entirely on how complicated your set up is, Eg how many co-investors and how contributions are being made and intention on profit sharing etc.
Cost of solicitors will depend entirely on how complicated your set up is and what level of firm you use (which will depend on how complicated your set up is - i woildnt touch a Jack of all trades high street firm if there's lots of money involved etc)
