Martin clearly has a positive effect on the team.
Neil has actually said he picks him for his influence and leadership over his physical attributes.
RyBen is a decent 'stopper' but seems to lack any kind of leadership skills and like a lot of our players is very quiet on the pitch. He's not a kid anymore, needs to step up imo.
