Something has clearly not been right with him. Perhaps settling down here with his family will improve his mindset.
Our squad presents a huge opportunity as well as a bit of a challenge for Neil. We arguably have 24 players all of whom could rightly consider themselves capable first team players at this level. That's great in terms of our ability to cope with injuries and adapt but it will be a bit of a challenge keeping them all motivated and on form when many will not even make the squad most weeks. Staying in the cup plus the seemingly improved U23s competition could be important.
