Fees and wages aren't necessarily the same point tho

As an example, even if we wanted to shift a player on a free, people might not take him if his wages are too high and he won't want to terminate with us if he is getting paid well and living in the fine city where his kids and wife are happy.

I'm surprised we were actively looking to shift all of those ahead of some others and I'm surprised those staying limits us bringing others in or do we have squad limits in the Championship, ala CL and EPL?
