Redmond reminds me of a guy I'm coaching that I have on and off for about 15 years...

Incredible athlete. Is now 32 and still a great great athlete. His day job is teaching track and conditioning to professional sports teams like Sparta Rotterdam. He understands all the schemes. And he's really a smart, nice guy.

And since he was a teenager, you put him on the field and in every critical situation, he will just do something else. He will have what I call a "better idea". And while occasionally his athleticism will allow him to make a big play, most of the time he will just end up creating a disaster from nothing.

Nice guy, incredible athlete, great technique. Even looks a bit like Redmond -same build etc. But we knew 10 years ago that he'd never be what we thought he was going to be just because of that inability to make the right decision
