I wouldn't be that bothered about our striker hunt at the moment if it weren't for

my total lack of confidence that Lafferty would take his chance to shine if given another opportunity. Of course I can be reading it wrong but his career to date isn't full of goals (international career the notable exception with a decent strike rate especially considering he is playing in a team full of lower division players), and he simply doesn't exactly look to be busting a nut when he does get a chance.

I would love him to suddenly spark like CamJam did in the champs last time around, but the chances of that happening 3 years into his Norwich career would be low. If he is smart he should be giving everything he has got right now. He is 28 so now coming into his prime years.

Prove me wrong, Laffs, please! And then I wouldn't be that concerned about a lack of a striker signing. Although should we win promotion, we would need one or two added to the squad for sure. Neither CamJam nor Laffs are clinical enough in a situation of few chances.
