Has Alex Neil gone loco?

1- new contract for Whitts
2- no additional centrebacks sought this summer
3- persisting with Ruddy
4 - Lafferty is still at large
5 - harvesting attacking midfielders
6 - doesn't seem to know where to play £8m Naismith, keeps putting him out wide where his actual lack of footballing ability is very apparent.
7 - sometimes plays Wes wide, this NEVER works
8 - was prepared to spend £12m on another Scots striker only known for scoring goals but not having good pace/strength/aerial prowess etc
9 - Tony Andreu is still at large
10 - Michael Turner
11 - Do we have anyone who can actually take a corner or set piece?
