Advice please. I have found a dead cat in a field close to my house...
it has no collar on so there is no contact details for the owners.
This is somebodies cat and whoever owns it is probably worried about it.
Who do i contact? the Rspca? to let them know about the dead cat and to hopefully inform the owners.
