but, even so, England's team is mostly made up of upper mid-table Prem players. Kind of like a Southampton or Liverpool on average.
Would Cardiff or Charlton beating Southampton or Liverpool in a cup game really be considered as an incredible shock and one of the most spectacular footballing upsets of all time?
