Level about a year ago. For all the panic on social media the markets actually seem to have taken it relatively calmly. I'm sure there will be other wobbles and then they will adjust and recover again.
The key point is that we are entirely in control of the timings of any withdrawal process so it's absolutely sensible for us to take s bit of time and have negotiations before triggering anything formal.
