I think all those things are negotiable.....but that wasnt my point.
The point was that NO negotiation would take place.....
Even if no agreement is reached on certain issues, there is zero chance that no negotiation will take place.
If that happens then it just speeds up the whole article 50 process.
They would essentially force the UK to leave.
As for the EU splitting apart....... thats already happening....
