Yup. 'Kings Lynn & West Norfolk' and North Norfolk are
2 of the 15 local authority areas predicted to have the biggest Leave majorities, from all 382 in the UK. Both predicted to vote about 70% Leave. (Boston and Fenland both in the 'top' 15 too, not surprisingly.)
