If you've got room/its not too heavy I would take a pair of trainers as well

I started off in walking shoes but then towards the end got fed up and switched to trainers (although depends on the weather conditions/terrain) as I couldn't bear to wear the walking shoes any more.

I did 60K over the South Downs once in one go as well and that was hard so fair play to you. You will feel great satisfaction when you finish.
