Yes. Why they cannot have leeway to adjust the venues/fixtures once the teams

are clear is beyond me.

By all means have a provisional schedule but then fix the schedule and venues once the draw has been made. England v Russia should have been moved from Marseille and played at 2pm and England v Wales should be in one of the biggest stadiums. would not be that hard to do surely? fans would still have a couple of months to sort out travel, hotels etc.
