If we vote Leave, the day after that happens
precisely nothing will change. Well, except perhaps for the Prime Minister.
The Government would invoke a process with a two-year deadline to agree terms of separation. During that two-year period, we remain full members of the EU.
Any deal must be agreed by the rest of the EU and by us. If we can't come to terms in two years (not only entirely possible but I would argue probable) an extension is possible for a year. If we still can't agree then we would leave with no agreement being in place.
Eurovision and UEFA have no formal connection with the EU so we could remain members of both, given that from a satellite's point of view, we look a lot more European than anything else.
