Makes me laugh when people complain about house prices.

As you say, a house is to live in. It's primary function is to provide shelter and space for you to live in. The primary function of a house is not for capitalists to do a cheap Reno job and try and flog it for a vastly inflated price. I often think people have spent too much time watching Kirsty Allsop knocking walls down, or homes under the hammer or any of the barrage of reno programmes on TV.

Nobody's house has a devine right to make money, even if that's what they think.
