I think they were talking about what Hodgson thinks (wasn't listening properly)
Kinda goes to show, that whatever systems Neil (or any Norwich manager) tries to play, if we don't have the players who can put in good performances consistently (without making silly mistakes/missing chances etc) what chance do we have to be riding high in the top flight?
Conclusion: Player recruitment and financial backing is key
