A charitable plea...
Hi all, I don't normally do things like this so I don't feel guilty doing it now...
I want your money please!
I am running the Norwich 10k this summer, raising money for Nelson's Journey. I've never run a competitive race before, and as most of you know, the very idea that I would even enter such a thing just a couple of years ago would have been absolutely unthinkable, having lost over half my body weight. I'm not only prepared to run it, but run it as fast as I can, and aim for under 55 minutes.
