Not quite either
It's coming down to the fact that as we've switched to lower fat diets we've become increasingly prone to higher sugar intake and more snacking. The risk now is that people will rush down the high fat route but won't give up the high sugar processed carbs bit. And then we'll really be in trouble.
Everything in moderation eh?
