Souness has got to be one of the worst managers in the

history of the prem. He managed to ruin an ok blackburn side and has taken newcastle from 5th or 6th to whereever they are now. He always has some sort of excuse(somthing worthy doesn't really do- you dont hear worthy often criticise a ref) and his man-management skills are non exsistant. He does deserve a little praise for attracting Owen to the toon but still not someone id like in charge here.
