If it meant he wasn't able to perform his job properly though, then adjustments/a replacement would need to have been made.

Don't like it when organisations push people out just because they have some personal problems. Didn't McNally lose his Dad recently too (I think I read that somewhere) plus his job was very high pressure being 1 of 20 premier league CEOs
