Min of 5 ENG players per prem team, I think Italy have a rule where their Serie B teams can't sign any players outside EU and must field 6 homegrown lads or similar.

I think we, Norwich, should go the Bilbao route. Only Norfolk borne or lived in Norfolk 6 years can play for us.
