He's going through a necessary process

of thinking back and through, identifying and learning from errors he has made and others around him have made. That process needs to be short, maybe a week tops. This should then feed into the discussion he has with the owners about next term.

Then he needs to put it all behind him and keep a'troshing on. We've got a League to win.
