He has my support but its one thing to come out after the event and

say you have made mistakes etc. (when you are worried that your job is perhaps on the line) its another to show evidence that you have learnt by not repeating those mistakes. Only time will tell if he genuinely learns from the experience but during the course of the season he didn't show much evidence of doing so. perhaps that will come with him having the chance to take a step back and reflect on things over the summer.

What I have been most disappointed about this season (other than dropping Wes so often) is the apparent inability to react to (or even proactively bring about) changes in momentum in games and change/influence games when in progress and I suppose for me the biggest question mark with Neil moving forward is whether that is something that can be learnt or whether is something that is just instinctive. I have no doubt that in other areas he's is a very competent manager and in terms of the team selections and tinkering he will indeed learn.
