I'm not quite sure what legend means in this context

but the rest of your post is spot on. He's taken us from the brink of going out of business to four Premiership years out of seven. Has every decision been correct? No. But the overall effect has been outstanding given the financial constraints we operate within. Could we have spent better in the summer? I don't think anyone thinks we couldn't, and it's the biggest reason we're going down this season. We're still in a much better place than the likes of Charlton, SheffU, Forest et al.
