Dear Board.
Please buy two defenders. Three would be nice but two is enough.
A leader would be good two or three better.
keep Brady if he will stay. Is he quite good. He even passes the ball to players in the same coloured shirts.
Now we also need another striker. You know, one of those people who score goals (look them up on google).

And keep alex neil. He will have learnt a lot and please let him buy some players aged 22-29 ... not just players for the future.

You will probably throw the dice and get another guy in and start from scratch. ... don't back him and then sack him in a year and continue the lack of continuity.
