I think Managers are overrated...... and im serious...

Its the quality of the squad that is the key, a manager may get you an extra point here and there but if you are a bottom 6 squad...... that's where you will compete.

People are talking like the Tinkerman is a f**king genius but look at the absolute fail he did with his last job.

Lost to the powerhouse Faroe Islands.....

Rafa cant stop the Newcastle slide........yet has won the champions league and managed some of the worlds biggest clubs.....

Managers/tactics are overrated and Players underrated.
