Boards who sack down the bottom look like geniuses when it works but it fails just as often as it works.
Rafa has managed some world class clubs yet hasn't really stopped the slide.........
We talk about great managers but I think the worst manager could do half decent with good players and a good one will struggle with a poor squad.
