I don't think we need a clear out, but

if we're to stay up (assuming we bounce back. Not a given) we need to start developing young players who are more than good enough for the championship and have strong potential to become effective premier league players. We haven't got the money to just buy our way to success in terms of buying a whole team of proven prem players, so we really need to start developung a good young team that has years of playing time left in it.
