It is fine to put your own name and address on the invoice.
Perhaps include your bank details so that you can be paid by money transfer. Once paid, transfer the money to another bank account, then send the goods.
You should check how much you can earn before having to register as self-employed and pay tax on the profits. You should do that anyway cos your acting as a biz buying and selling.
