Wrath advice please

Decent estate agents in and around the city and decent commission rates? Need to sell. I've spoken to the agent of the place we want to buy and they are of course keen to double end the deal by getting both commissions. Talked the talk but commission seemed fairly high. To be fair, if they get the top end of what they suggested, it's probably worth it...
