Rather good. Nicely paced opener - refresher on a lot of the key things, and a step or two forward with most of the storylines.

I have seen what I suspect to be a visual spoiler as to the eventual fate of Yew Knew Nuthin Jon Snew, but I shall keep that to myself. If it is what it looks like it will be a bit brilliant, but it might just be some chump messing about in the Photoshop.
