I did the Hadrian's Wall 9 mile hike today, 11 months after by quad bypass

It was tough but with my wife and daughter we got through it, raised money for the British Heart Foundation and confirmed to me that I'm still alive. As OG says it was a beautiful day today and enjoying each one you have left as best you can is the best option. Footy is great but it is a game and most if us will still turn up each week whatever league we're in. OTBC
