I would say we pretty much need a whole new defence. The defence we have was, I would say not good enough for the Championship last time.

The midfield will see alot of outgoings and we will only have one striker in Cameron Jerome.

Please don't go on about blooding aload of our youngsters because romantic though the idea is, the facts are unless they are performing consisently very well at League 1 level then they won't be good enough for a Championship AUTOMATIC PROMOTION push next season. Not this play off push bollocks
that I see some people writing about.
