I agree with all of that. I've come over all suggestible, and I'm seriously thinking that

PL refs are colluding. Not for personal gain, but for other reasons. We've seen the penalty stats, which are significant but not conclusive: we could be defending naively in our area and not drawing fouls in the opposition's. But that's not the case - we've had four or five points-earning stonewall penalties denied us, and that's not luck.

And apart from the final 15 or twenty minutes, we didn't play badly. Unfortunately, that last bit of the match is what stuck in people's memories and gave them the impression that it was a no-show.
