Just confirms for me what I've felt for the last 6 years or so - we are pretty much exactly where we should be - typically too good for the champs but not quite good enough for the PL - and punching above our weight in both scenarios.
The fact is we have the poorest owners in the prem and would also have some of the poorest owners in the champs. The fact we have even managed to play in the prem for 4 of the last 5 seasons is pretty remarkable, when you think about how much money has been thrown around in that time.
Don't get me wrong, this is not 'little Norwich' thinking, just realism that being Norwich supporter is mainly worrying about regulation, occasionally balanced up by the odd purple patch (like under Mike Walker) and awesome days out like the PO final.
