In your opinion when will us doubters be able to question the man ridiculously knows as "Sir Alex Neil" in some quarters? At what stage will be no longer be inexperienced? At what stage will he be responsible from the signings made even though he's admitted himself he has total say on signings?
At what stage does his credit for getting the best squad in the championship up to the premier league via the playoffs?
