it's a strange one

because the way we finished the season last year - particularly breezing through the play-offs - very much suggested a winning mentality. Whereas the second part of this year has suggested the opposite.

It seems like perhaps the squad is lacking a bit in character and is affected by confidence - either bad or good runs - more than some other teams.

But then again, we signed someone who should be a leader, and someone who hasnt been relegated, in Naismith - and he's been worse than anyone.
