think the players were probably too aware of the importance of the game

all trying to run everywhere and losing shape because of it. Hoofing the ball up rather than trying to play through midfield. Then chasing the game too early and giving away loads of chances onthe break.

We needed a bit more calmness and composure - especially because a draw was a much better result for us than for Sunderland. Of course, starting Wes would have helped us to control the midfield, and therefore the game, much more.
