you can ask ticket office for seats in the front few rows
as more tend to sit towards the front. They really should put some element of choice in place on the online ticketing though, even if it's just 'towards front' or 'towards back' - many other clubs do this with their away ticketing and it would just require them to organise the stack of tickets into front/back and distribute as required, easy
