All over again, young promising determined manager, except big difference, Neil doesn't seem like he would want to jump ship prematurely the moment there's some interest elsewhere. I think he wants to build something here to prove to himself and others he can cut it at this level properly. That way we establish ourselves one day as a top flight team as opposed to a yo yo team (which is fine, that's the stage we're at right now, but the next stage involves someone like Neil to get us there imho)
