This Sundy Times drugs story on the BBC, it's a bit of a non-story isn't it?
The doctor was prescribing performance enhancing drugs but which weren't illegal, so basically what Sharapova was doing up until the end of last year.
Surely that means that no offence has been committed although I suppose some may question the morality of it....hands up if you've ever had a bottle of Lucozade Sport though....
