Cup Run of 59 happened when I was 7

didn't come from a football-loving family and knew absolutely nothing, didn't go to any games but was captivated by the idea that anything could be that important. After that Dad took me to the reserves once in a blue moon but had to wait till I was 15 and found a boyfriend who was a true Yella. First game was 39 years ago this weekend, 28th Jan 1967. That was eclipsed by my first away game the following week, Man U in FAC4 at Old Trafford, Charlton, Best, Law, Stiles, Crerand & Co and we beat them, as we knew we would (had exactly the same feeling last season, so put a fiver on us to beat them which nicely paid for my ticket to Crystal Palace).
