Players who have hardly had a game in the last year or so, can't get one, and can't find another one, are, by all accounts, not good enough-and if we're following your beloved "Charlton model" Mr Doncaster (now as laughable as the "tie in" with Parma!), then if they ain't good enough for them, they ain't good enough for us!

Besides, aging, depreciating talentless footballers are expensive as well, as in a waste of money!
