(And girlhood) because when we have great promotion seasons and the very rare trip to Wembley etc they're all the more special and enjoyable, same with when we survive the drop or finish 11th etc

If fans want to be winning leagues and playing in Europe every season then perhaps they're supporting the wrong club tbh.

But if they want championship football every single year after year after year for 16+ years, then they know where to go for that pile of crap too :)
